Giuseppe Conoscenti
Giuseppe Conoscenti has lived in Cocoa Beach since 1991. He is a licensed real estate agent and specializes in the international investment market. He speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish fluently and works on a day to day basis with our international investors. Giuseppe has managed properties and homeowner associations, and sales and rentals for commercial and residential properties since 2009. He assists new owners of residential and commercial properties with building and remodeling, including large developments. Giuseppe brings 22 years management experience to our team and also manages Force Fitness, a new fitness and MMA gym.
Jackie Bell
Jackie has been a licensed real estate agent for seven years. She has specialized in condominium conversions in various market areas, to include Broward, Palm Beach and Brevard Counties. Jackie is also a licensed Community Association Manager currently managing one of our Titusville properties.
